• If you have questions about making reservations, please email technology@ohwowkids.org. Reservation office hours are Thursday through Sunday 10:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m.
  
  
• Purchased tickets may be fully refunded by contacting the Reservations office no later than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Notice of cancellations that are sent after this 48 hour period or up to two weeks after the originally scheduled reservation can be rescheduled by contacting the Reservations office.
