Members Admission

ONLINE TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE GREATER ITALIAN FESTIVAL AUGUST 5-7
- Reservations are encouraged. Need to cancel? Email technology@ohwowkids.org with "CANCEL" in the subject line.
- Masks are optional.
- The ticket price will zero at check-out up to your membership level. You're welcome to add tickets to bring guests and pay admissions over your level at check-out.
- Check your spam folder if you don't see your confirmation email.
- If you have questions about making reservations, please email technology@ohwowkids.org. Reservation office hours are Thursday through Sunday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
- Purchased tickets may be fully refunded by contacting the Reservations office no later than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Notice of cancellations that are sent after this 48 hour period or up to two weeks after the originally scheduled reservation can be rescheduled by contacting the Reservations office.
