• Street Festival focused on hands-on, interactive STEM displays, exhibits, and stage shows!
• Addresses a documented need in our community to improve STEM learning among our school-aged population, especially preschool, elementary and middle school students.
• Showcases local and regional STEM-based educators, organizations, businesses and groups.
• Exhibitors are selected through an application process and offer interactive activities.

Event Objectives:
√ cultivate audiences’ interest in STEM;
√ enhance participants' identity as STEM learners;
√ promote participants' understanding of discipline content knowledge and the scientific process; and
√ inspire young people to pursue future STEM careers.

• Exhibitor Application and Fees Due- September 1, 2024

Tier 1- Starting Participation Fee $50 (Non-Profit or an organization no sales at event)

(Up to 2, 8ft tables for display and activities, tent coverage, trash removal and electricity, organization’s name on event day program and on-line marketing materials)

Tier 2- Exhibitor Sponsorship Fee $125 (For Profit business/selling items at event)

 Participation Rules

1. All exhibitors must have an interactive STREAM-related Activity that focuses on career exploration and/or workforce development.
2. Only pre-approved, STEM-related activities will be featured on Silly Science Sunday.
3. A check-in station will be available upon exhibitors’ arrival to assist with delivery and set-up. Please check-in upon arrival.
4. Exhibitors are responsible for proper insurance and protection of work and set-up. OH WOW is not responsible for damage due to weather or unrelated conditions. Each exhibitor must provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance, that names OH WOW! as an additional insured.
5. Exhibitor Fees must be paid prior to set-up.
6. No early tear-down permitted. Exhibitors are expected to staff their displays from 10 am to 4pm.
